Bayern Munich has officially secured the 2024–2025 Bundesliga title, marking their 34th German championship and 33rd Bundesliga crown. The team’s triumph was confirmed on Sunday, May 4, after Bayer Leverkusen’s 2–2 draw with Freiburg, guaranteeing Bayern's top spot with two matches still remaining in the season.
This victory is particularly special for Harry Kane, who claimed his first major club trophy after years of near-misses with Tottenham Hotspur and the England national team. Kane celebrated with his teammates, even though he was suspended for Bayern’s 3–3 draw against RB Leipzig. He shared a video of the celebration, with the team singing "We Are the Champions."

The win also marks a significant achievement for manager Vincent Kompany, who claimed his first Bundesliga title in his debut season as Bayern’s head coach. Under Kompany’s leadership, Bayern has earned 76 points from 32 matches, with 23 wins, 7 draws, and just 2 losses.
Bayern Munich will celebrate their title victory in Munich’s Marienplatz, a traditional venue for the team’s triumphs.
In addition, Bayern’s women’s team also made history by securing the 2024–2025 DFB-Pokal title, defeating Werder Bremen 4–2 in the final held on May 1, 2025.
